Pathly helps long-term job seekers overcome low confidence and mental health challenges. With tools for self-assessment, skill-building, and goal-setting, it fosters resilience, tracks progress, and supports personal growth, guiding users through the job search with clarity and confidence.

Users appreciated the simple design, articles, and resources but suggested more context for homepage buttons and additional feelings for clarity.

Job Search Tracking Enhances Mental Health: Users emphasized the importance of combining job-seeking tools with mental health support. Features like reminders, tailored job updates, and progress tracking not only help users stay organized but also foster a sense of control, reducing stress and uncertainty.

Final Outcomes

The Pathly app enabled users to track their progress, set achievable goals, and connect with a virtual support community. Users reported feeling more organized and optimistic, which translated into greater engagement in their job search. Testing also showed improved confidence in approaching job applications and interviews.
